We have successfully completed the move to our beautiful new location, just six blocks farther east on Main Street! The actual street address is: 700 East Main Street.
We’re enjoying the private parking lot behind the building, much more easily accessible for our applicants. Our lovely offices have much larger windows and more comfortable desk space. The testing and training center now has handy access for our Receptionist to assist our applicants. We now have personal voicemail for your ease in leaving detailed, private messages.
We still have a few small adjustment hurdles. Learning how to transfer calls without dropping them. Investigating why our inbound emails are coming much more quickly but our outbound emails are sluggishly slow. Figuring out where I placed that list of people I wanted to contact this week. In the grand scheme of things, those are pretty minor stresses.
The good news is that our staffmembers are good-tempered, patient people. So we’re adjusting … and still smiling!
