I’ve been thinking of you, dear job seeker, as we work through the changes and upgrades to our applicant tracking and resume processing database. We’re still experimenting with how much to entrust to the automated processes and how much to have reviewed by a savvy human eye. Couldn’t resist telling you about an insight that came to me this afternoon.

We just weathered an upgrade to our contact management database, which includes all of the records for previous and current applicants. I noticed something that might help your resume to “survive” in similar databases.
